Britney Spears was not with her alleged new beau David Lucado when she arrived sporting a new 'do at Elton John's Oscar viewing party Sunday night. Britney debuted her new brunette hair color at the star-studded annual party, which she attended with her longtime manager Larry Rudolph and her publicist, according to People magazine.
US Weekly reports that Britney was the last guest to arrive at Elton's soiree, and that in addition to her new 'do, Britney also made an impression for her fashion. The singer wore a cleavage-baring, black Michael Cinco couture dress, as well as de Grisogono jewels and Saint Laurent shoes.
One party-goer told US Weekly, "[Britney] was smiling and stayed fixated on the stage" as she awaited the night's special guest performer, Scottish singer Emeli Sande. Added the party-goer, "She seemed content people-watching."
Among the other stars in attendance: Miley Cyrus, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler, Heidi Klum, Emma Roberts, Anna Paquin, Jane Lynch and Kim Kardashian. Britney left the party at 11 p.m., according to People magazine.
This isn't the first time that Brit has gone brown, by the way: she previously sported brunette locks in 2006, 2007 and 2009.
